Position Overview:

As a Procurement Officer at Emante, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services essential to our operations. You will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and favorable terms.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and develop procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement budget effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement to continuously improve processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Business level English language

Storekeeper (Durres)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to manage and maintain our company’s inventory and storage facilities. The Storekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that materials and supplies are stored securely and efficiently while also managing the inventory database accurately. This role plays a crucial part in the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1: Inventory Management:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods, ensuring they match purchase orders and quality standards.
  • Properly label, categorize, and store items in designated locations within the warehouse or store.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.

Job Description:

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
